Focus on the Great Migration - History in Pictures (Read Woke (Tm) Books)

During the Great Migration, a large number of Black Americans relocated when faced with segregation and poor economic conditions. While the places they moved to weren't free from racism, they fought for a better future. Read Woke(TM) Books are created in partnership with Cicely Lewis, the Read Woke librarian.
